Due to bad snow conditions and the urgent need to go mountainbiking, we decided to go biking in the middle of winter. Since the southern alps haven't hardly received any snow, the destination of choice was easy to find: Bolzano in South Tyrol. Dolce Vita at its best with pizza, pasta, aperol and of course espresso!
