If you live close to Lethbridge, Alberta, you can practice cycling from the North side to Pavan Park which is 5km from 23rd Avenue North. Turning left as it shows on the video once you are in Pavan Park, your journey starts with a nice steep hill. At the bottom, you will find washrooms, a picnic area and the Bowman river. The fun begins climbing the hill which is 1.5 km long and it is an excellent workout hill.
