BALL STATE Runline-14.5 At 7 pm, our complimentary selection is on the Ball State Cardinals minus the points over Northern Illinois. The Cards come into this game with a 1-1 record, but they've yet to cash a ticket in Las Vegas. Last week, Ball State failed to cover the spread by a point vs. Eastern Michigan. And, in Week 1, they lost by eight points to the spread. They're now favored by double-digits against the woeful Huskies, who have lost their first two games by an average of 24.5 ppg.
