It was a beautiful day in DeKalb, Illinois, for the first home game of the season. While the fans suffered disappointment for the varsity football team, they took pride in the fantastic performance by the marching band. Rocky Lombardi rallied the Huskie team for a fourth quarter lead, 43-42. However, Wyoming scored a late touchdown and prevailed, 50-43. It was an exciting contest. Thanks to the students who played and marched and drowned out our sorrows!
