England have confirmed that Maro Itoje will miss Guinness Six Nations matches against France and Wales due to a knee injury but could return for the final rounds of England's title quest. Itoje suffered medial ligament damage in Saturday's 32-20 victory over Ireland in Dublin with a scan revealing a grade two tear that prevents him from playing in the next two rounds, as revealed by Sportsmail. 'Maro Itoje is expected to be available towards the end of the tournament,' a Rugby Football Union statement read.    Forwards: Jack Clifford (Harlequins) Dan Cole (Leicester Tigers) Luke Cowan-Dickie (Exeter Chiefs) Tom Curry (Sale Sharks) Ben Earl (Saracens) * Ellis Genge (Leicester Tigers) Jamie George (Saracens) Nathan Hughes (Wasps) Nick Isiekwe (Saracens) George Kruis (Saracens) Joe Launchbury (Wasps) Courtney Lawes (Northampton Saints) Ben Moon (Exeter Chiefs) Brad Shields (Wasps) Kyle Sinckler (Harlequins) Jack Singleton (Worcester Warriors) * Billy Vunipola (Saracens) Mako Vunipola (Saracens) Harry Williams (Exeter Chiefs) Mark Wilson (Newcastle Falcons)  Backs: Chris Ashton (Sale Sharks) Mike Brown (Harlequins) Joe Cokanasiga (Bath Rugby) Elliot Daly (Wasps) Ollie Devoto (Exeter Chiefs) Owen Farrell (Saracens) captain George Ford (Leicester Tigers) Jonny May (Leicester Tigers) Jack Nowell (Exeter Chiefs) Dan Robson (Wasps) * Henry Slade (Exeter Chiefs) Ben Te’o (Worcester Warriors) Ollie Thorley (Gloucester Rugby) * Manu Tuilagi (Leicester Tigers) Ben Youngs (Leicester Tigers) *uncapped  Itoje's Saracens team-mate Nick Isiekwe has been called into England's 35-man training squad assembled to begin preparations for Sunday's visit of France to Twickenham. Courtney Lawes and Joe Launchbury are competing to fill the vacancy in the second row alongside George Kruis. Itoje will remain at the squad's Surrey training base to continue his rehabilitation and could be involved in the last two games of the Championship against Italy and Scotland. It is hoped that intensive rehabilitation will allow him to come back swiftly but the worst case scenario would be around eight weeks out.  Manu Tuilagi is in the squad to face Les Bleus after avoiding being cited for a shoulder charge on Ireland winger David Stockdale.  There was uproar online about the incident but the Leicester Tiger has escaped punishment.  Jones still has a number of uncapped players in the squad such as Ollie Thorley, Ben Earl and Jack Singleton but he is not expected to make many changes to the line-up after England's hugely impressive opener against the reigning champions.
