Rovers who were not at their best dug deep in the closing stages to come from a goal behind to get all three points. The visitors took the lead in the second half through Matt Smith, however Harvey Elliott struck again for Rovers to level the scores in the final 10 minutes. However more drama was to be had as Adam Armstrong struck the winner in the 7th minutes of injury time.
