It's good to be home. After 640 days without soccer at ATCO Field, Tuesday night saw the fans return and the excitement of live professional soccer back in this city. It was a beautiful night for the beautiful game and the team made sure to send everyone home happy. Down a goal at halftime to our provincial rivals in FC Edmonton, we found our play early in the second half and were rewarded with a goal by international signing Joe Mason. With momentum (and a raucous crowd) behind us, we took the lead in the 71st minute as Mo Farsi sent a cross into the box to find Joe Mason again - only to be denied by Eddies keeper Connor James - but the rebound found the foot of Daan Klomp who promptly deposited the ball into the back of the net.
