The Titans have been the most consistent side in the tournament having won six of their seven group games. They had all their bases covered in the crucial junctures of the game and managed to win their semi-final clash against the Dolphins quite comprehensively by 6 wickets and with 35 balls remaining. On the other hand. the Boland Rocks haven't been at their best in the competition but still managed to go through to the final. They managed to scrape through to the last four courtesy four wins out of seven but they were quite astounding in the semi-final clash beating the Western Province by 7 wickets (11 balls remaining). Heinrich Klassen is the leading run-scorer for them this season with 236 runs in 7 innings, Junior Dala has been the most impactful bowler for them as he keeps on finding the breakthroughs inside the first 6 overs, he has 10 wickets in 7 games. On the other hand, The Rocks did not have great outings in the league stages as they managed to make it into the semi-finals by the barest of margins with 4 wins in their 7 games. They finished on number 4 position in the points table. Peter Malan has been the run-away match-winner for them with the bat so far as he scored 297 runs in 8 innings. In the semi-finals, they beat the Western Province by 7 wickets to make their way into the final. They bowled really well in that game and restricted the Western Province on the score of 118. A huge opening partnership between the Malan brothers assured the spot in the final.
