The top minor-pro affiliate of the National Hockey Leagues Boston Bruins added another victory to their impressive 2021 regular-season record of 11-2-1 with 23 points which is 16 points ahead of Atlantic Division second place Wolf Pack club. Bruins goals on this afternoon at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut were Paul Carey (1), Alex-Olivier Voyer (2), Joel Messner (1), Samuel Asselin (5), Alex-Olivier Voyer (3), and Jakub Lauko (5). NHL Bruins prospect Kyle Keyser got the start in goal for Providence who was recently called up from the ECHL Jacksonville Icemen covering for the vacancy left in the AHL crease with the recalls of goaltenders Jeremy Swayman and Dan Vladar.
