Occurred on January 5, 2019 / France "The event happened on a black ski slope in Val de Saire, France. The slope is called The Olympique Face, where I believe the winter Olympic downhill racing event took place. I was heading up the gondola where I saw the person hit an ice patch and unclip his skis!
