Anadolu Efes Istanbul never trailed before holding off city rival Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul 84-79 in a thriller at Sinan Erdem Dome on Thursday night. Vasilije Micic scored 24 points to lead Efes. Beaubois netted 20, while Larkin collected 10 points, 9 assists and 5 rebounds in a victory. Pierre led Fenerbahce with 19 points. Hazer and Nando De Colo scored 13 apiece, and Marko Guduric had 11 in a losing effort.
