Solihull Moors 1-2 FC United. 15 March 2016

Jerome Wright is currently in hot form at the moment, and his goal after 27 seconds against league leaders Solihull Moors proved that point. It was a cross/shot from his favoured left side, but it was enough to put the reds in front and keep them there until the break. It was a strong half for the Reds and belied the 35 points between the teams as United's passing and moving was probably the best of the season. Moors came out quick in the second half and after zipping open FCs defence, Akwasi Asante was left with an easy tap in to level the encounter. But the Reds weren't fazed by the table-toppers and hit back within two minutes through a nod on from new-boy Dale Johnson, feeding George Thomson who wasn't going to be outmuscled, as he slid the ball into the corner of the net to the raptures of FCs visiting fans.
