Stroud and Jaxson Smith-Njigba had two of the best performances you’ll ever see as they led the Buckeyes to a 48-45 win over Utah in yet another classic Rose Bowl. This game has everything we could’ve wanted as fans (except for defense maybe). Cameron Rising played awesome at quarterback for Utah as well. He seems to have a bright future in college football. If only the College Football Playoff delivered us a matchup like this yesterday. The Buckeyes crawled out of a 14-0 hole to start the game, and the teams combined for 42 points scored in the second quarter. We had a kickoff returned for a TD, a 62-yard quarterback run, an interception in the end zone, and record-setting performances by several players.
