When we were in highschool our gym teacher would let us play baseball every now and then. Probably because it requires almost no preparation, but also because it was a lot of fun and everybody loved it. The losers would hit the ball with a tennis racket and the real ones would dare to use the bat! I've always been fascinated by this sport, but it wasn't really a thing here in Belgium. Well that's what I thought! Apparently we have a great Belgian team and many clubs that play baseball and softball. We met up with Maarten who's a player for the Belgian Softball team and coach of the Poperinge Frontliners. Maybe he can teach us a thing or two about hitting balls with a stick.
