Team India's qualification was on the line as they had to either win or draw their final match against Australia. In such a tight situation it was Nihal Sarin who came to the rescue with an amazing win over Australian GM Temur Kuybokarov. With this win India managed to tie the score 2-2 and we made our way to the Quarter Finals. It couldn't have been possible without Nihal's win. Finally India finished 6th and we will face Mongolia in the QF.
