Welcome in 49ers Faithful! Whenever Atlanta comes into San Francisco, 49ers fans expect a game. On Sunday, San Francisco made it a point to erase any and all doubts of them being the better team. San Francisco started the day with another embarrasing special teams gaff but were able to keep the Falcons from scoring point on their opening drive. This was just one of many examples of the 49ers' defense stonewalling Atlanta. San Francisco's pass rush was able to sack Matt Ryan three times in the game, including Nick Bosa's 15th sack of the year which resulted in a strip fumble. Bosa is only behind TJ Watt (16) for the most sacks in the National Football League. Offensively the 49ers had their way with the Falcons, The 49ers did not punt until they had already secured a 18 point lead. San Francisco had a sequence of four consecutive touchdown drives. The first 49ers touchdown was by the fullback Kyle Juszczyk. Juice was able to burst up the middle for an easy six yard score. San Francisco's second was another rushing touchdown by wide receive Deebo Samuel. Samuel is in rare company as the score makes him the teams rushing touchdown leader (6). Jeff Wilson Jr. would add the third Niners' touchdown, in addition to contributing 110 yard rushing. Finally Jimmy Garoppolo would find Jauan Jennings to get his first passing touchdown of the day. Garoppolo finished with a very superior 123.7 passer rating in the blowout win. George Kittle led the team in receiving with six receptions for 93 yards. This is a great win for Kyle Shanahan and the 49ers as they prepare for a short road trip to Tennessee on Thursday Night Football. #49ers #SanFrancisco49ers #NinersFaithful Recorded: Sunday, December 19, 2021 Host: Julian "Ju-Ju" Martinez (ig: @jujutalkssports) Jose Corral (ig: @corral808s) Social Media: Instagram: @49reasons2Listen Twitter: @49R2L
