Man City & Manchester United Ranked From Worst to Best ▶ https://youtu.be/M7IChNUghmQ Man United vs Aston Villa, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Dean Smith’s sides go head to head at Old Trafford in the Premier League! Manchester United come into this with most of their first team squad rested after taking a mainly academy side to Kazakstan for the 2-1 Europa League defeat to Astana. Solskjaer will hope that decision pays off and the players given a rest reward him with an energised performance at Old Trafford. With the return of Anthony Martial from injury, and the return to form of Marcus Rashford Man United have shown signs of improvement, but they still sit ninth in the Premier League and will want to put a series of results together to improve on that. Anthony Martial has joined the injury list, and Paul Pogba is also likely to miss the Manchester derby against Man City. One positive for Manchester United has been the form of Marcus Rashford, the forward put in a great performance vs Tottenham in midweek, scoring two goals and will want to continue that form. However, Manchester United still sit much lower in the Premier League than they’d like and will want to put a series of results together to improve on that. Manchester City have already lost two Premier League games (they only lost four in the whole of last season), Pep Guardiola will be disappointed to find himself eleven points behind Liverpool, but does his side have the advantage over a full season? Key players have been injured including Leroy Sane, Aymeric Laporte and now Sergio Aguero. The centre back position is especially key, meaning after the retirement in the summer of Vincent Kompany, Guardiola has had to resort to starting defensive midfielders Rodri and Fernandinho as centre backs. Can Man City follow up their excellent 4-1 win over Burnley with a Manchester derby win? Both managers will want to come out on top in this one, for very different reasons! Ahead of the game there are injury doubts for Manchester United over Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba. Man City manager Pep Guardiola says Zinchenko can return after injury but doesn’t know how many minutes he could play.
