In the 2018 San Marino Grand Prix, Moto2 rider Romano Fenati shocked the racing world by reaching over at 200 km/h and grabbing the brake lever of fellow rider Stefano Manzi. He was immediately black-flagged (disqualified) and handed a two-race ban. His team, Marinelli Snipers, terminated his contract, and his future deal with MV Agusta was also canceled.
