Arsenal continued its unbeaten run in the Premier League by shaking off the weekend FA Cup loss to Southampton and an early Saints goal to come back and win 3-1. After Stuart Armstrong opened the scoring off a corner from Ward-Prowse, a rejuvenated Pepe responded with the equalizer for Arsenal inside the first 10 minutes. Emerging star Bukayo Saka scored the second and assisted the third for Lacazette to seal the deal for the Gunners. Injuries to Emile Smith-Rowe and Thomas Partey were the only downside for Arsenal, but neither looked too serious.
