Jason Spezza may be retiring from the NHL after the Toronto Maple Leafs placed both Spezza and Aaron Dell on waivers on Sunday morning. The news around Spezza's retirement came directly from his agent who claimed that if the forward was claimed off waivers by another team, Spezza would retire from the NHL. Prior to the news around Jason Spezza retiring, we thought the Ottawa Senators or Edmonton Oilers would be a good fit for Spezza, but, this does not seem like the case anymore.
