Officiating Error robbed the Springboks of a victory | Australia vs Springboks 2021

It seems like nobody picked this up but the Springboks were robbed of their victory. I first noticed how long Australia was taking with their decision to kick after they signaled they want to go for goal. There seemed to be a lot of confusion on who is taking the kick which took a lot of time for them to decide. According to IRB Rules, Once a team indicates a kick, the kicking team only has 60 seconds (Playing Time) to make the kick even if the ball falls over. If they can't make the kick in those 60 seconds, the referee should then disallow the kick and award a scrum towards the opposition team. Here I show clearly how Australia takes a lot longer than the 60 seconds, yet nothing happened. I actually do think Eben told the ref a few times they should hurry up but the ref just shunned him away. Now this was a crucial mistake that obviously won Australia the game. Maybe I'm wrong here guys, but I checked the IRB Laws on what is meant by a team "Indicating" a kick to goal and also checked the law on their website regarding the allowed time to kick. If they used those same laws on their own website, that means the Springboks should've been awarded a scrum and the game would've been over. Law 8.20: If the team indicates to the referee the intention to kick at goal, they must kick at goal. The intention to kick can be communicated to the referee or signaled by the arrival of the kicking tee or sand, or when the player makes a mark on the ground. Law 8.21: The kick must be taken within 60 seconds (playing time) from the time the team indicated their intention to do so, even if the ball rolls over and has to be placed again. Sanction: Kick is disallowed and a scrum is awarded. I tried looking if anybody else saw this but it doesn't look like they did. This just bothered me and I wanted to make a video because even though the Springboks played bad, they should've won if the laws were followed.
