ESPN FC's Alex Kirkland explains why any Barcelona attempt to sign Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland does not signify they have given up on Lionel Messi staying at the Nou Camp but it could in fact be an attempt to convince him to stay. Erling Haaland's father Alf-Inge Haaland and agent Mino Raiola have reportedly landed in Spain to open talks with the Catalan club about the signing of Haaland.
