There is no stopping the Multan-based franchise as of now. They are leading the charts with 12 points from 7 matches, winning six and losing only one game. They beat Karachi Kings in their recent match by 20 runs. On the other hand, the Peshawar-based franchise is in fourth, with 7 points from as many fixtures, winning three, losing three and a match abandoned due to rain. Despite not getting off to a good start, Peshawar did well to get into a winning habit before witnessing a complete washout against Lahore Qalandars. Coming into this game, Peshawar Zalmi lost to Islamabad United on Monday (March 4) by 29 runs.
