The latest instalment in Oxford's season takes them up to the Pleasure Beach to play Blackpool. This was not a pleasurable game and was instantly forgettable as it ended Blackpool 0-0 Oxford United. Ian and Tom pick the bones out of this turgid affair. Oxford look better at the back, but really did not look a threat in this game, but for a couple of late chances. Hamilton for Blackpool hit the bar and the post, but this was no fun by the seaside. Sam Long had a decent game, and the lesser spotted Jamie Hanson got an outing too. The draw keeps both sides form in tact, and Oxford climb out of the relegation zone as a result, but would it kill them to put a win on the board.
