June 8, 2004 - Lunging after a slippery Ben Wallace, Los Angeles Lakers center Shaquille O'Neal successfully executed an accidental horse collar tackle, sending both parties to the floor midway through Game 2 of the 2004 NBA Finals. As was relatively standard at the time, the perceived lack of malicious intent likely spared O'Neal from a flagrant foul designation.
