The Greenville Swamp Rabbits announced that the American Country Music Award nominated artist Parmalee will play a post-game concert on March 10. The concert will follow the Swamp Rabbits 7 p.m. game. A ticket to the game gets you into the post-game concert for no additional charge. Parmalee will take the stage at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena after the Swamp Rabbits have finished the contest on the Sandlapper Securities Rink. The 2016 ACM nominee for “New Vocal Group of the Year” will grace the stage at the Well for a one hour post-game show, free of charge to the fans in attendance. The band from the small town of Parmele, North Carolina, is comprised of brothers Matt and Scott Thomas, cousin Barry Knox, and life-long friend Josh McSwain. The group has have been heralded as “Country Music’s Breakout Stars” by MSN Entertainment and released multiple top ten songs on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart. Parmalee’s 2013 single “Carolina” reached number one on the chart. They are also one of only three groups since 2001 to have three consecutive Top 10 singles on a debut Country album.
