Malkit Singh Sondh (Kita) and Ramesh Jobanputra, now settled in Kenya, were classmates in Jinja, Uganda The 1972 exodus spread dear friends and Ugandan Asians all over the world The Jobanputra family arranged a surprise 70th birthday party for Ramesh, the eldest of the Jobanputra brothers. Many family members flew in from Nairobi, specially for the event, including his younger brother Lalit & wife arriving on the morning. Malkit & Ramesh were re-united after 50 years.
