Vegas Golden Knights vs Minnesota Wild Game 3 Review

The Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Minnesota Wild in Game 3 at the Xcel Energy Center 5-2. It was a tale of two games, but the Golden Knights ended up victorious. In the first period, Minnesota was outplaying Vegas in every aspect. The Wild were up 2-0 after goals from Hartman and Eriksson Ek. It seemed that Minnesota took a 3-0 however, a Golden Knight challenge from Peter Deboer took that Wild goal off the board due to offsides. This challenge changed the course of the game for the Golden Knights. In the second period, Vegas dominated Minnesota. Outshooting the Wild 22-5 in that period, Vegas also added 3 goals. One from Mark Stone, Patrick Brown, and Reilly Smith. That Golden Knights would keep that momentum into the third period where Karlsson added an insurance goal with 3 minutes left, and Stone scored an empty netter. Vegas leads the series 2-1, and Game 4 will be back in St. Paul on Saturday. Make sure to comment, like, and subscribe. Follow me on Twitter and Instagram.
