The Detroit lions just lost in epic fashion. The Lions took a beating against one of the hardest teams in the NFL against the Tennessee Titans. The Titans ran the football down the throat of the Detroit Lions with Derrick Henry. The Lions defense could do nothing to stop the powerhouse of the Titans running game. Henry simply punched the lions in the mouth with his hard nosed running style. The Detroit Lions defense got destroyed in the passing game with the play action pass. The Lions defense could do nothing to contain any of the wide receivers of the Titans. The Lions secondary was pathetic in a horrible game plan. The Lions front seven did nothing good getting killed in the middle of the field and getting torched by Derrick Henry. The Lions defense is simply bad. Matthew Stafford played a hard game considering the fact he came into this game injured. Matthew Stafford is a tough player for the Lions. With the loss, the Lions are eliminated from playoff contention and now need to focus on the NFL draft. The new General Manager has alot of work today with this roster.
