Relevant note because you can hear the phone audio: Two days before our travel day to Fresno, our crew received the Larimer County decision that our broadcast engineer was not cleared to travel with us and the football team because of insufficient test results submitted. (Two instead of the required three per week.) We rallied successfully with our basketball broadcast gear, field recorders, and a genius move to create a dedicated phone line that allowed me to connect a call from the locker room directly with the radio booth while we were all on-the-air.
