Solskjaer will hope that decision pays off and the players given a rest reward him with an energised performance at Old Trafford. With the return of Anthony Martial from injury, and the return to form of Marcus Rashford Man United have shown signs of improvement, but they still sit ninth in the Premier League and will want to put a series of results together to improve on that. The newly promoted side sit 15th in the Premier League table, but with some positive results in December could put some daylight between themselves and the relegation zone heading into 2020.
