The National Preparatory Association's second session of Season 4 was hosted by Northstar Preparatory Institute in Winnipeg Manitoba November 14th-17th. Teams from Calgary, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Quebec travelled in to make history in a city rich with basketball tradition.
