The North Carolina Tar Heels outlasted the defending champion Baylor Bears 93-86 in overtime on Saturday in the 2nd round of the 2022 NCAA Tournament inside Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX. The Tar Heels built a seemingly insurmountable 25-point lead with 10 minutes left in the game. At that point, Brady Manek was ejected for an elbow (a dubious call from the officiating crew) and the Bears fought their way back.
