Dan Malesela was fired following the 5-1 loss against Maritzburg United coached by the German born Ernst Middendorp. Chippa Mpengesi tried to recruit Luc Eymael from Belgium but due to his post interview in Tanzania and pressure that was put to Mpengesi he was forced not to employ him.
