Everton Defender Micheal Keane suffers fractured skull vs. Bournemouth
He suffer the injury after an accidental clash of heads with teammate Idrissa Gueye. He is reported to have no other complications and just a small hairline fracture. He should be back in 3-4 weeks according to his club.
