What's Next For The Philadelphia 76ers? The Philadelphia 76ers had a very disappointing end to their season, losing to the Atlanta Hawks in 7 games. In order for the Sixers to win a championship, I think trading Ben Simmons is the way to go. Joel Embiid had an outstanding playoff run despite having a torn meniscus. Joel Embiid highlights and mixes include great post moves and the occasional top of the key 3 pointer. Ben Simmons continued to show his true colors during the playoffs, being extremely passive throughout. Ben Simmons not shooting 3 pointers isn't the problem anymore, it's him not shooting at all. Tobias Harris and Seth Curry played great in the playoffs, both were very efficient and did their part. Seth Curry shot 60% from the 3 point line against the Hawks. In my opinion, the only free agents they should re-sign are Dwight Howard and Danny Green, both of them played well throughout the season, and helped the Philadelphia 76ers depth. Matisse Thybulle continued to show why he is one of the best defensive players in the league, dominating that end of the floor in the playoffs.
