Sebastian Vettel Addresses Retirement Rumors

Aston Martin are second from the bottom in the championship and this has led to suggestions that Sebastian Vettel might not renew his contract and choose to retire instead. My contract runs until the end of the year. A decision has not yet been made” “It depends on how strong the car is, how the team develops and how the races go” He then addressed the speculation surrounding his future “But I don't need to lie: My future is a topic that is coming up and one that I'm dealing with. The truth is, I have lots of ideas, talk to lots of people and am easily inspired” “But I’m not putting any pressure on myself to create the perfect follow-up career tomorrow” He signed off by speaking about the future “I don’t want to raise any expectations of finding the perfect thing. With Formula 1, I’ve found something I’m very good at” “Something where I can compete with the best in the world.
