The Chicago Cubs biggest offseason move was the signing of Japanese star outfielder Seiya Suzuki. But, they were MUCH busier than that when preparing for the 2022 season. Jed Hoyer and The Chicago Cubs may not have landed the biggest names in the market, but they vastly improved from last year, and did it very strategically when trying to make this team competitive again.
