Clemson went to Syracuse, which hasn’t been a positive place for the Tigers during recent years, and earned the win over the Orange, 17-14. Quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei threw for 181 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 26 yards in the win. Kobe Pace led the Tigers in rushing with 76 yards and a touchdown. For Syracuse, RB Sean Tucker led the offense with 157 yards rushing, while quarterback Garrett Shrader threw for 191 yards and a touchdown and rushed for the other Orange touchdown.
