Clemson vs. Virginia Tech: The No. 7 seeded Virginia Tech Hokies battled with Clemson into overtime and got buzzer-beating heroics in their 76-75 win over the No. 10 seeded Tigers in the 2nd round of the 2022 ACC Men's Basketball Tournament. Trailing by 2, Maddox called his own number and calmly drilled a three-pointer as time expired to give the Hokies the win. It was Maddox's 2nd three-pointer of the game as he finished with 8 points for Tech. Keve Aluma dropped another double-double with a game-high 19 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Storm Murphy hit some huge shots from outside, finishing the game with 15 points on 5-of-8 shooting from three-point range. Clemson star PJ Hall battled for a team-high 16 points in a losing effort.
