El Paso Locomotive FC rallied from a halftime deficit as Sebastian Velasquez scored a late winner in a 3-1 victory against Rio Grande Valley FC on Saturday night at Southwest University Park in a game that also saw Luis Solignac record a goal and assist and the hosts extend their lead at the top of the Mountain Division to 12 points.
