Marleau, who spent the past 19 seasons with the San Jose Sharks before signing with the Maple Leafs, scored his 509th and 510th NHL goals. Nazem Kadri, James van Riemsdyk, William Nylander, Mitch Marner and Auston Matthews also scored for Toronto. Matthews and van Riemsdyk each had three points (one goal, two assists). Frederik Andersen made 35 saves, 17 in the first period.
