Welcome to our Movements series. This series is to help you improve your CrossFit training and avoid injuries by explaining the correct execution of movements you will meet in your CrossFit training. This is a demonstration of the Kettlebell Snatch technique (v2 = easier version to start with). The Kettlebell Snatch is a version of an olympic lift, requiring a powerful hip extension, coordination and strength!
