Cavalry FC were sent packing from the 2020 Island Games bubble in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island at the hands of a familiar foe in Forge FC, and while head coach Tommy Wheeldon Jr. was pleased to recoup after an "exhausting" experience, the Cavs' final bow wasn't what he or his players wanted at all. Indeed, a 1-0 loss to Forge saw Cavalry eliminated from 2020 Island Games Championship contention, as the Cavs needed a win and nothing less to secure their spot.
