STEP 1 Drop the ball from your hands and after the ball has bounced has bounced, use the outside of your knee/thigh to move the ball away from your body. STEP 2 use the top of the foot or the toes on the same leg to back across your body. you need to get co-ordinated so please keep practicing this movement STEP 3 This is the hopefully easy part. Pull the ball back and flick the ball up to knee height. Then add all the steps together. STEP 3, 1 and then 2 Keep practicing
