This is what they do during the 7th inning stretch so don't bother waiting to sing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" in Japan. The funny thing is everyone blowing up their balloon and you'll hear some of them pop, some are let go by accident, and the funniest being that everyone's waiting for the final out of the 1st half of the 7th inning to let go of their balloons.
