Wow, what an eventful week for the Mets. The games went great! We handled the Cardinals with relative ease and took 3 out of 4. Pete Alonso mashed some big home runs, Jeff McNeil stayed hit, Luis Guillorme and Mark Canha were getting on base, Chris Bassitt looked good, we got lots of help from guys like Trevor Williams, Jake Reed, and Adonis Medina, this was an all-hands on deck series and it showed. Francisco Lindor had a good series too, despite what some fans want to believe. However, the big news from this week is Max Scherzer being out 6-8 weeks with an oblique strain.
