I had the privilege to attend yet another Montreal Canadiens playoff game and this time it was for game 3 of the Stanley Cup Conference Finals! This game started poorly for the Canadiens and after 2 periods, they had pretty clearly been outplayed. However, little strokes of luck and misplays by *cough *cough Fleury afforded Montreal the opportunity to take their momentum into overtime. In overtime, Jesperi Kotkaniemi sauces it to Josh Anderson who taps it down in the path of Paul Byron who sends it right back over to Anderson.... and scores!!! Montreal wins game 3! The city is alive and I was thrilled to be a part of the festivities tonight. Onto game 4! P.S The refs were beyond terrible and we ultimately deserved the victory.
