Tonight, the 153,000 seat stadium welcomes two combatants to the Continental Tire Bowl. The Virginia Cavaliers, who just barely made the bowls after an upset of ACC champion Virginia Tech are hosting the Sun Belt's Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.
