The Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Arizona Coyotes 4-2 at T-Mobile Arena on Monday night. This was the first game of a 4 game series between these two teams. Robin Lehner saved 31-33 shots faced, and Kuemper saved 24-27. Vegas was down 2-0 with 4 minutes left in the second period, but after Max Pacioretty's goal, the Knights took the momentum and ran with it. They scored two more goals in the first 8 minutes of the third period and added an empty netter with 12 seconds remaining. Vegas improves to 3-0-0 on the season, while Arizona falls to 1-1-1.
